But this isn't an ordinary chalk board, it's a magic one. You see, anything that he draws on it comes to life. He didn't know this initially and only found out by accident when he found a ladder against a fence, down the road, and decided to climb it and go over the fence. When he did, he found himself in the Land of Chalk Drawings, populated with all the people and things that he had previously drawn on his chalk board. The people explained that Simon had brought them to life, and as you can expect, they were very grateful. With this knowledge, Simon tried to draw things for the people that lived there, to make their lives easier and more interesting. But it doesn't always work out like that. Such as the time Simon drew cars for the people to drive around in. When he came back next day, all the boys and girls were driving a car. They were honking their horns, creating pollution, and nearly running him over. It was terrible. When he asked them to give up their cars, but they wouldn't.Simon had an idea to get them to give up their cars. So he went home and drew more cars. When he came back, the Land of Chalk Drawings was like a car park, and the people were getting angry with each other. But they still didn't want to give up their cars.So Simon went home again and drew something else. When he returned he boarded the train he had drawn, which zoomed past all the cars that were in the traffic jam. The people stuck in their cars longed to be on the train, which is when the people realised that the cars were making them unhappy and aggressive, so agreed that Simon could take them away and let everything go back to normal. So you see, Simon has to be careful what he draws.Simon in the Land of Chalk Drawings Images (click to enlarge)Simon in the Land of Chalk Drawings T-Shirts- NONESimon in the Land of Chalk Drawings DVDsRegion 2 (Europe)- NONERegion 1 (USA)- NONESimon in the Land of Chalk Drawings Video Intro
